Isabella Cerutti

Isabella Cerutti joined the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) in 1999 and she is currently working as Research Associate of the Optical Networking Advanced Research (OpNeAR) lab. at UTD.

She earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with major in Telecommunications from UTD in August 2002. She also holds a Laurea Degree in Electronics Engineering (1998) from the Politecnico di Torino, Italy.

From 1999 to 2002 she has been working as a research assistant OpNeAR lab. and she has co-authored a dozen of papers. Her research interests include planning, optimization, performance evaluation, and fault protection and restoration of optical networks.
