Final Paper Submission Process

All accepted papers must be prepared as indicated below and final camera ready versions must be uploaded to EDAS in order for them to be published in the proceedings.

Revise Your Paper

Please read the reviews and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising your final paper. When you are done with revising, please print out your paper and carefully proof read it.

Register For The Conference

  1. At least one author must register for the conference by Monday 26 April 2010 noon (CST) as the presenter.
  2. ComSoc policy states that all accepted IEEE HPSR 2010 technical paper presenters must register as Non-Student.
  3. One registration is valid for one(1) paper.
  4. For registration information, click on REGISTRATION
  5. It is imperative, that the same author must upload the paper, review, and approved PDF, and submit copyright form.
  6. The organizers of IEEE HPSR 2010 as well as our attendees expect accepted papers to be presented at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Visa Instructions And Assistance

Do not delay in making VISA arrangements for entry into United States if needed. Such arrangements are the responsibility of authors and other participants and may take up to a few months. Information on entry to the United States can be found at: http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html

VISA WAIVIER COUNTRIES Citizens of the 35 countries in the National Visa Waiver Program are eligible to travel without a VISA, however you need to obtain an approved travel authorization prior to your travel to the United States. The actual approval form and additional information may be at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/esta.html.

INVITATION LETTER For VISA invitation letter, please, send e-mail to Melissa Park, attaching the acceptance e-mail that you received from EDAS.

Paper Submission

  1. Your paper must be received by Wednesday 7 April, 2010 (23:59 EDT) for it to be in the proceedings.
  2. For paper submission, go to http://edas.info
  3. You will need the final PDF version of your paper.

Submit Your Copyright Transfer

After you upload your final paper, Submit Copyright.
CRITICAL: You must upload the final version of your PDF file and complete the copyright transfer no later than Wednesday 7 April, 2010 (23:59 EDT). If you fail to comply, the paper will be dropped from the program.

Over Length Page Charges

Note that each accepted paper is limited to 6 pages (or no more than 8 pages with USD100 over length charge for each extra page). Payment must be received along with your registration to the conference.
